This Privacy Policy explains how Green Light Municipal Lien Searches(“GreenLight”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and order a municipal lien search.

Online payments, if any, are handled by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). GreenLight does not receive or store your full card number. The processor's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We share information only as needed to provide the service, for example submitting a property address to a government records portal, or with service providers (such as our payment processor and email provider) who act on our behalf. We retain order records and completed reports for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your contact information where we are not required to retain it.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and multi-factor authentication on our accounts, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
